SPAR works closely with retail and transportation partners to provide management and project warehouse labor for bi-weekly and monthly routed warehouse programs that deal with repackaging, repairs, general merchandising, and product recalls.
Working on behalf of the U.S. Consumer Protection Agency, SPAR was hired by all crib manufacturers in the US and Canada to retrofit cribs at retailer's distribution centers. SPAR managed 0-80 laborers per day in 20 facilities with the completed work inspected by government officials.
