SPAR built a flexible schedule of weekly, monthly and ad hoc visits. Deploying a team of over 2,000 merchandisers visiting over 8,000 stores nationwide. SPAR provided a dedicated Client Service Team focused on providing communication and insights to drive proactive action.
We enabled real-time dynamic reporting tools providing actionable data, multiple pictures per store and image recognition to drive information and execution accuracy. This all resulted in our ability to consistently execute 95% of all in-store initiatives and creating a best in class retailer program.
